Aldiana Club Calabria

We had the pleasure of spending a week in August at the Aldiana Club Calabria and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. This all-inclusive resort is a true gem in southern Italy. From the first moment, I noticed how new and clean it was, creating an inviting and comfortable environment. The very large swimming pool just outside the room was a blessing for us but also for the children present in the structure. Their happiness while playing in the water was contagious. Furthermore, the animation in German and Italian made the atmosphere even more engaging and fun. The private beach gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sea without worries. Furthermore, the restaurant with Italian cuisine offered always different delicious dishes, freshly prepared and of a high standard, just as the Italian pastries were also excellent. The rooms were a real refuge. With attention to detail, quiet and comfortable, they allowed us to rest and relax in complete tranquility. The welcoming and kind staff made the stay even more pleasant. Everyone is kind and helpful, from Walter who runs this fantastic place with his wife, to the waiters, cooks, chefs, entertainers, music and cleaning staff. The presence of a very large spa with sauna following the Nordic tradition was an incredible and almost unique addition in the context of southern Italy. I really appreciated Luca's attention in explaining the rules of the sauna to us Italians, who are generally less familiar with this practice. At the time we stayed, anyone who wanted to enter the sauna in a bathing suit was tolerated and for this reason only the Finnish sauna was closed to avoid problems with high temperatures and textiles, the others were open and functioning regularly. A notable aspect was the presence of a high number of Germans, polite and respectful, which contributed to creating a harmonious atmosphere. The resort also offers a variety of entertainment, including theatre, disco and playroom, as well as a well-equipped Tecnogym gym and a bar with delicious cocktails. The semi-Olympic swimming pool was a pleasant surprise for swimming lovers. In summary, Aldiana Club Calabria is a paradise of relaxation and fun. With its impeccable service, high-quality facilities and welcoming atmosphere, we can't wait to return.

Fabulous location of recent construction located in the municipality of Villapiana in the province of Cosenza. The professionalism is already noticeable upon arrival where the facility's employees take delivery of the suitcases to deliver them to the room. The latter are very comfortable and clean. Huge swimming pool with attached bar and restaurant. Lido reachable in two minutes through a pine forest. Clean sea, but not the best in terms of water clarity. High quality restaurant with a huge variety of dishes, in show cooking mode. Excellent spa and gym. Wifi throughout the property. Non-intrusive German and Italian animation with a prevalence of German animators. The entertainment for Italians, both for the little ones and for the adults, certainly needs to be improved. In any case, if you want to spend a few relaxing days I recommend it.

I spent 4 days at this facility and I felt as good as I've ever had before: new and spotless facility and rooms, superlative food, courtesy and helpfulness on the part of all the staff, entertainment present but not insistent (if you want to participate, yes participates, there is no insistence typical of other structures). The only advice I would like to give is that each room has an umbrella already assigned, both on the beach and in the pool, perhaps with a surcharge for the rows closest to the sea. However, an experience that I hope to repeat.
